BRIGHT+CO Marketing Announces New Hires in Media, Production Departments  
New team members enhance the agency’s integrated digital expertise 

Greenville, S.C. (December 2, 2021) – Greenville-based full-service marketing communications firm BRIGHT+CO Marketing has strengthened its integrated digital expertise with the addition of two new key hires. Bethany Wimmer joins the firm as a producer, while Josh Hill joins as media manager. Both Hill and Wimmer have deep expertise in planning, strategic development and project management, focusing heavily on more fully integrating digital tactics and best practices into agency processes. 

A graduate of Furman University, Wimmer comes to BRIGHT+CO with 20 years of project and relationship management expertise. Over the course of her career, she has coordinated efforts across a wide range of marketing areas, including community relations, graphic design, content creation, social media, digital communications and website management. This broad expertise paired with strong organizational and communications skills have allowed her to excel as a producer and workflow manager. Prior to BRIGHT, Bethany worked primarily in radio production, with roles at Entercom, Clear Channel Communications and Summit Media, as well as with The Peace Center. In her new role, Bethany will be responsible for working across department lines to create plans and schedules and ensure the timely completion of work with a special focus on the agency’s many digital projects.  

Josh Hill brings a uniquely integrated and collaborative perspective to his role as media manager, where he will be responsible for developing paid media strategy, budget and channel allocation, media buying and placement.  In addition to traditional media department responsibilities, Josh will lend his considerable digital marketing expertise to evaluate channels and more closely integrate social media, content stream evaluation and planning, and channel management with an eye toward performance evaluation and metrics. Josh, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lee University, was previously employed as a digital marketing manager with Radical and Warrior Instruments.
