Greenville, S.C. (July 7, 2022) – Jennifer Sutton, the founder and CEO of Greenville-based full-service marketing communications firm BRIGHT+CO Marketing and new start-up hyperlocal entrepreneurially focused media platform OrangeWip, has been honored as a South Carolina business icon representing the Upstate region by SC Biz News. This prestigious award honors established leaders who have helped shaped their regions through their business success and community involvement.

Sutton is among 18 Icons honored statewide (six from each of three regions: Upstate, Midlands and Coastal counties). These individuals will be recognized at a ceremony in Columbia on July 21, at which one overall Statewide Icon will be named as the top honoree. Fellow Upstate Icons include Spinx CEO Stewart Spinx and South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette.
