In 2015, we worked with Fatz to refresh the brand - including logos, voice, positions strategy, internal workshops, consumer research, new prototype restaurant and a new creative platform. We completed the new prototype of the restaurant, collaborating with the design architect, finalized the new logo, new menus and brand guidelines and began our launch Q1 of this year.
Since the launch, the numbers have been trending in the right direction. This is positive when the category is significantly down. As their agency, it is important to be retail-focused to deliver and execute ideas quickly. We run 4-8 campaigns per year which include a wide variety of mediums directly targeting our market.
While we continue to support the rebranding efforts, we still are promoting the restaurant with seasonal campaigns. A typical campaign involves photography, a menu insert, table tops, pillowcase signs, digital ads, website content, social promos, email blasts and radio spots. The campaign turnaround from concept to in-store execution is less than 4 weeks.
